This is the largest sand and gravel mine in Cecil County. MRA and GTA have provided ongoing services for mining plan modification, wash water pond design, including breach analysis and Emergency Action Plan preparation, erosion and sediment control design and approvals, and NPDES permitting services, including Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan preparation.
