Harford County, Maryland

MRA evaluated an existing State Highway Administration (SHA) stormwater management facility for regional use for two adjacent residential projects. MRA formulated alternatives and provided recommendations to the SHA and project developers. MRA prepared final construction drawings to retrofit the existing facility including: structural modifications, shallow marsh design, right-of-way plats, and maintenance agreements.

MRA obtained permits from the MDE Nontidal Wetlands division, Stormwater Management division, the Harford Soil Conservation District, and the SHA. Construction phase services and as-built survey services were provided.
