One Westport is a mixed-use community planned at the vacant 43-acre site on the Middle Branch of the Patapsco River in South Baltimore. MRA provided land planning services that included presentations before the Urban Design and Architectural Advisory Panel (UDAAP) for site planning to connect the existing Westport community to the new waterfront community proposed. MRA also provided site engineering, and surveying services to help in the transformation of this underutilized waterfront property proposed to include townhomes, market rate and affordable apartments, senior apartments, office, retail, public parks, waterfront promenade and fishing pier, trail system, playground, and multi-purpose public recreation field.
