MRA uses the most recent technology to provide a solid foundation of accurate survey data.

With nine registered land surveyors, six field supervisors, eight survey CADD technicians, and 21 survey crews, MRA is committed to the highest standards in the practice of professional land surveying. This commitment helps to ensure a sound foundation of accurate survey data, giving MRA’s design, engineering work, and construction stakeout the precision required. We use the latest in cost-effective survey-related computer technology. Our survey parties are equipped with top-of-the-line Robotic Total Stations and Trimble RTK GPS stations. All office personnel have the latest versions of the best hardware and software available. Furthermore, our 21 well-coordinated survey crews give us the capability and flexibility to respond promptly and effectively to our clients’ scheduling requirements throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

This seven-acre, LEED Silver, 365-unit luxury rental apartment community incorporates an attached six-story, 411-car parking structure, which allows residents to park and live on the same level of the building. MRA surveyors met with the architect and general contractor to determine how this complicated building would be staked out to ensure that all annexes of this unusual building joined together properly. MRA also provided as-built surveys.
