We are currently seeking a CAD Drafter for our Land Division located in our Abingdon, Maryland office. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in land development; which includes but is not limited to site engineering of roadways, utilities, and stormwater management facilities, and sediment and erosion control design.

• Formal training in CADD preferred
• 1-3 years’ experience in land development, site engineering, sediment and erosion control
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2012, formal training preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
