Jeff Rierson, a Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania registered land surveyor who began working for MRA in 1988, has been named a Principal of MRA. Working out of our Abingdon location, Jeff is responsible for the management, production, and quality control of MRA’s Survey Department within the mid-Atlantic region and Carolinas. He oversees MRA’s registered land surveyors, field operations, and coordination between offices.
His experience in project management, deed research, boundary analysis and determination, horizontal and vertical control adjustments, geometric computation, plat and legal description preparation, field procedures and construction stakeout has allowed him to develop an overall field to finish perspective of the land acquisition and development process. Mr. Rierson’s experience includes numerous construction, boundary, ALTA, subdivision layout, easement preparation, condominium plats, topographic and as-built surveys, and right-of-way surveys.
