We are pleased to announce the opening of our second office location in North Carolina!  Jeremy Keeny, PE, PLS, is Principal-In-Charge of this new location which supplements our Raleigh office in providing enhanced coverage throughout North Carolina.

This new location serves commercial, retail, industrial/distribution, infrastructure, renewable energy, and large and small residential developments and subdivision projects. The office has been established to better support our existing clients who have site planning, civil and structural engineering, surveying, architecture, and landscape architectural needs for projects located in the Carolinas.

Jeremy Keeny, a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and Professional Land Surveyor (PLS), was named a MRA Principal in 2023. With more than 22 years of experience in the land development industry, Jeremy has an established history of successful project management, civil/site engineering design and an extensive surveying background. Jeremy focuses on providing a high quality and valued product which meet project schedules and budgets.  He is licensed as a PE in North and South Carolina and 9 additional states and is licensed as a PLS in the Carolinas and Virginia. He received his Master of Engineering Management and Master of Business Administration from Arkansas State University. Additionally, Jeremy received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in transportation and water resources from North Carolina State University.
