Jon established MRA’s presence in Virginia in 2012 with the opening of its Northern Virginia office in Sterling.  Services provided by our Leesburg office include land planning, civil, site, and structural engineering, landscape architecture, permitting, and surveying catering to real estate and commercial developers, homebuilders, architectural firms, and government agencies in northern Virginia, western Maryland, and eastern West Virginia.

Current projects that the MRA Leesburg office is working on include:

President’s Pointe, a 1,000-unit planned residential community in Ranson, WV; Penske Truck leasing and maintenance facility in Sterling, Virginia; a 73-bed Assisted Care Facility in Berryville, VA; and a Distribution Warehouse for Northeastern Supply in Frederick County, VA.
