Dan Ayers, a leader in MRA’s Builder’s Services group, has been named a Principal of MRA.

Dan joined the firm in 2001 and has worked in the Builder’s Services department in Abingdon, Maryland for most of those years. Our Builder’s Services department provides site-engineering and surveying services to several local and national homebuilders throughout the mid-Atlantic and North Carolina. Dan is responsible for client relations, project management, and oversees the daily production of site plans generated for building permit. He works closely with MRA and GTA staff including site and civil engineers, geotechnical and environmental engineers, and surveyors to design mass grading and final grading plans tailored to each builder’s product. Providing properly graded home sites is a key to our client’s success as that minimizes earthmoving costs while maximizing flexibility of unit types that the site will accommodate.

Dan is currently overseeing multiple projects in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
